Ziccarrelli v. Allegheny BOE (Appeal I)
Trump campaign and a GOP state senatorial candidate petitioned to invalidate certain mail-in ballots. The trial court denied the petition and ruled that the ballots must be counted. An appellate court reversed that decision. Ultimately, the state supreme court upheld the original decision that the ballots must be counted.
