Stokke v. Cegavske
Lawsuit challenging Clark County, Nevada's use of signature-verification software. The complaint sought ot stop the vote counting based on the claim that a voter who tried to vote on Election Day was turned away because a mail-in ballot had already been cast in her name. The court rejected the claims the following day and denied injunctive relief. Plaintiffs ultimately dropped the case.
