Trump filed suit challenging BOE requirement that observers maintain a 10-foot distance from ballot counters. Trial court ruled observers could stand as close as 6 feet so long as they observed COVID protocol. The BOE appealed. The Pennsylvania Supreme Court reversed the lower court's order, noting that the BOE's 10-ft rule was reasonable.
