Kelly v. Pennsylvania (Vote By Mail Certification)

Lawsuit brought by GOP candidates and voters seeking to prevent certification of election results that include mail-in ballots, or, in the alternative, to have the state General Assembly select Pennsylvania's electors. The Pennsylvania supreme court dismissed the case with prejudice "based upon [Plaintiffs]' failure to file their facial constitutional challenge in a timely manner." Plaintiffs appealed to SCOTUS, which further denied them the relief sought.
