Donald J. Trump for President, Inc. v. Oliver (Drop Boxes)

Lawsuit brought by Trump campaign challenging use of drop boxes and seeking to decertify the election results, prevent the results from advancing to the Electoral College, and/or remand the issue back to the New Mexico legislature to appoint electors. The Trump campaign voluntarily dismissed the case less than a month later.

People are saying

"Here, Plaintiff's attorney did not certify in writing any efforts to give notice or the reasons why notice should not be required. . . . Further, as the election occurred more than one month before Plaintiff filed the instant Motion, the Court finds that the facts alleged by Plaintiff do not clearly show that immediate and irreparable injury, loss, or damage will result to Plaintiff before Defendants can be heard in opposition." - Judge Martha Vazquez
