Lawsuit seeking to invalidate mail-in ballots received after the polls closed on Election Day. In affirming the trial court's rejection of the claims, the appellate court slammed the plaintiffs for basing their claims on "conjectural or hypothetical" harms instead of "actual or imminent" ones.
