Aguilera v. Fontes II (Vote Recasting)
Lawsuit claiming faulty tabulation machines didn't register votes and demanding the plaintiffs get a do-over for their ballots. Declarations attached to the complaint also advanced the sharpie conspiracy theory previously rejected in other cases. The court dismissed the case with prejudice for, among other things, failing to produce evidence.
