Challenge to the Wisconsin election seeking to prevent Maricopa County, the Secretary of State, or any election body in the state from certifying the election so that the state legislature can appoint electors and to require the governor to certify presidential electors as appointed by the state legislature. Plaintiffs voluntarily dropped their case three days later.
